Payment
At missmouse, you are able to order unique wearable accessories, and pay for them by different methods.

If you would like to place an order:

1. by telephone – you can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) by telephone (0408 811 352).

2. by mail – you can pay money order and post to PO Box 3067, Auburn Vic 3123.

3. by EFT

4. Orders will be shipped once payment has been cleared in our bank account.

Wholesale Information
We’re always interested in wholesale enquires.  If you’d like to stock any missmouse products please contact Olivia Arnold on 0408 811 352 or submit an enquiry.

Delivery
We use regular Australia Post for small quantities $5.00.  Larger quantities we use Express Post orders up to 500g $8.90, orders up to 3kg $11.20

Express post parcels have a unique tracking number. Any non-delivery
of parcels, please contact us.

Easy Returns of missmouse
Products can be returned in their original condition including tags
for refund if they are faulty. Please choose carefully, as we do not give
refunds if you simply change your mind. If you are not satisfied for any
other reason please contact us immediately and you may return the products for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

Due to the limited availability of some of the fabrics to create
missmouse products we cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange for
the same item. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process and notification
will be by email. Please contact us for further information.
